Whether you've been in Church every Sunday or haven't been to a Church in your life (or anything in between!), you'll find Central Christian a welcoming community. Here's a quick reference of some common questions and answers for your first visit:
What do I wear?
While this might be the first thing on your mind, it's the last thing on ours! On any given Sunday you'll see people in jeans and a t-shirt worshipping alongside those wearing a suit and tie or a dress. Really, we couldn't care less what you wear, we just want you to come!
What will happen while I'm there?
We strive to make each Sunday memorable. So, in one sense, anything is possible! But a typical service includes worship using a blend of newer songs and old favorites, Communion (see 1 Corinthians 11:23-26), and a message. We strive to make the message fun, engaging, and challenging.
What about my kids?
Kids sit with their families during the song time, then are invited to experience Children's Church while the adults stay for the sermon. Children's Church includes age appropriate learning and fun, interactive activities to reinforce the theme. It's a great time, and the kids love it, but if your child is uncomfortable leaving you, they are always welcome to sit with you instead.
