What: CYK5 is our Kindergarten through 5th grade ministry here at Central and it is open to everyone in our community. Our goal at CYK5 is to “To provide the youth of Charleston a safe place to hear the word of God in an engaging way and experience Christian care and fellowship for K-5 students and their families”. Tuesday nights we always serve dinner, have crafts, games, and lessons that point kids to Jesus in practical and tangible ways! We do accommodate for food allergies but have to know a week in advance. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email us and we will get back to you.

We work hard to create in-house videos and other creative lessons alongside an entire atmosphere to drive the "point" of our weekly lesson home, while creating a fun narrative for the kids to follow along with as we study God's word each week.

Our crafts are designed to add to our lessons, encourage creativity and help your kids bring a piece of CYK5 home to you! Our games are always creative and loads of fun. We have classics like Ninja, Sardines, Human Foosball, and we are always trying new games too!
